Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 10 days of receipt of product. Refunds will not be processed until after the items have been returned to us. If it has been determined that the returned item has been used or is otherwise incomplete then no refund will be given.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items cannot be returned if they are not complete and unused.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your stone items are in new condition, you may exchange your stone item for a different style or color. You will be subject to the restocking fee in this case, and you will have to pay return shipping as well as new shipping charges to send the exchanged stone.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If you cancel your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded in full minus 10% restocking fee providing the order is canceled within 7 days of being placed and your order has not already been shipped. After 7 days you will be entitled to a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. If your order has already shipped please see return policy.
Turnaround
All Stone orders are manufactured to order, so turnaround time may vary greatly depending on the style, color, and quantity ordered. We average a three week turnaround time however that is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours of your order being placed with an estimated ship date for your order. This ship date is an estimate only. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped.
We use a variety of freight carriers to deliver our orders, including but not limited to:

FedEx Freight
SAIA
If a tracking # is provided by the freight carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an order is taking longer than expected you may elect to have us ship you a partial order of what is currently available. When the rest of your order is available we will ship you the remainder of your stone. You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
